What are your standard sizes?

We don’t have standard sizes. Everything we produce is bespoke to each individual’s requirement.

Do you have a minimum charge?

Yes we do. £10 + vat is our minimum charge unless the job requires digital print then it is £20 + vat.

I would like to see the layout before the sign is made, is this possible?

Absolutely. We email a proof for every single order we take before any printing is started.
We need you to check this proof carefully for any mistakes and then we need approval back in writing in order for us to start your order.

I’m in a rush for my order so won’t a proof delay things?

No not at all. We can easily make a mistake or you may not like what we have done so not proofing you could work out longer for you as the item will need to be made again if there are mistakes. By proofing we make sure we get the order correct and to your liking first time around. As long as you reply to the proof promptly there is no reason why proofing will make the order delayed.

What is your lead time?

We like to allow a week from approval of the proof. Most work is done within a week and we always call/email you when your order is ready for collection.

I need some business cards pretty quick. 1 week is too long. Can you still help?

Yes we can still help. Orders needed within 3 working days will incur an extra charge.

Can you deliver my order to me?

Yes of course. Please state that you need the items delivered upon ordering so we can work out any extra charges there may be for this.

I would really like a full colour sign but I assume that this will be quite expensive?

All our prices include full colour so it doesn’t matter how many colours you choose, the price remains the same.

What documents do I need to bring in order to get number plates made?

How long will you need my van for fitting the livery?

We like to say all day (9-5) in case the weather turns on us or we get lots of customers in the shop. We try to get all vehicles done as quickly as possible and always call as soon as it is ready so you can come and collect it.

I don’t have any artwork but I have a logo on my letter headed paper, will this be ok to use?

Maybe! We need to see it before saying yes but most of the time we can re-create artwork for a small fee.

I am after a canvas print but I only have a photograph and not a file on disc – can I still get one made?

Yes we can scan the photo for you for a small charge.

I need a sign that is going to be suitable for outdoor use, what can you suggest?

Everything we do is weather proof so you can choose from all of our materials.

How long will my sign last?

We use 5-7 year vinyl and all our materials are weather proof too. The inks we use for our digital printer have a 3 year outdoor life.

I would like to do my own artwork, what file do you need from me?

We use vector eps files. Please convert all text to outlines too so that it doesn’t replace any fonts when we open your file. If supplying jpegs and tiffs for photos and 3D logos, please make sure you provide us with a high resolution file and as big as possible.

I have an image I got from the internet, can you use it?

I’m afraid not. Most images on the internet are very small and very low quality so printing from this will mean the finished product won’t be very good. Please show us what you have found though as we may have something similar already on file we can use or we can suggest where to get a better image from.

I am starting a new business and I am after the complete package including stationery, van and car graphics, banners, printed clothing and stickers. Can you provide everything for me?
